Cutting tools, gloves, rubber for one stamp, ink
Bookings are closed for this event.
If you came along to Wivenhoe Farmers Market in November or December 2018, you might have noticed how much creative fun there is to be had with some carved rubber and an ink pad or two.
In this workshop we will begin by making stamps of your own design, using fab foam and blocks. By the end of the session you will have learnt how to safely carve a design from printing rubber using lino carving tools and made a professional rubber stamp to take home with you. Bring simple designs of your own in black and white, or use designs that the tutor will provide. Use your stamp-making time to make a personal logo!
This workshop would also be suitable for a child and their adult/s. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
The workshop will be taught by Natalie Eldred, an experienced Design & Technology/Art teacher used to working with students of all ages and abilities. Natalie holds a current DBS certificate.
